Sorry for the newbie question. I'm writing a screenplay on Homer's and trying to clarify some things.

Can pigeons be re-homed at all? Someone told me they can't be, after they have an established home.

And if someone were to buy a champion homer, is there any benefit to keeping it? Doesn't it already have an established home? Could it still be used for breeding in SOMEONE ELSE'S loft, or would it just try to fly back home?

Thanks, any and all answers vastly appreciated.

I was wondering how big of a loft I need for 10 pair of racing homers? I was thinking maybe a 4x8 that is 7 feet tall? Thoughts?

Hello Pigeon Forum

Can you help me?

I am parasite biologist from Sheffield, U.K. studying Avian Trichonomiasis (Trich). I am seeking any pictures of affected birds. Does anyone have any????

What are your experiences of this disease?
